How long will my order take to arrive?

The delivery time for your order depends on both the product you’ve ordered and your location. As many of our products are made-to-order, we kindly ask for your patience. Please allow 2-10 weeks for the creation and dispatch of your custom items.

What is your return policy?

At KUMA DESIGNS, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.

In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will guide you through the process to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
